Position Summary
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for approximately 200 employees across multiple facilities. This role ensures compliance with company policies and applicable laws while maintaining payroll records and supporting benefit-related deductions, including 401(k) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience with ADP and IBR systems, and a solid understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for approximately 200 employees across multiple locations
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in ADP and IBR systems
- Audit payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Coordinate payroll activities across multiple facilities
- Administer payroll-related benefit deductions (401(k) and HSA)
- Reconcile payroll reports and general ledger accounts
- Process new hires, terminations, pay changes, and benefit updates
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
- Assist with year-end processing including W-2s
- Support payroll audits
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years payroll experience
- Experience with ADP and IBR systems
- Knowledge of payroll laws and compliance
- Familiarity with 401(k) and HSA administration
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
