Job Description:

The primary responsibilities will be assisting with processing semi-monthly payroll, tax coordination, troubleshooting payroll related issues, and reporting.   

What You'll Do:

• Assist Payroll team with processing semi-monthly payroll including multi-state and various pay types of compensation including commission, bonus and overtime.  

• Input and maintain employee information necessary for processing payroll. 

• Monitors the Payroll email inbox and quickly responds to routine payroll related questions with accurate, thorough and helpful answers.   

• Assist employees and managers with processing of timesheet corrections. 

• Assists with the tax set-up in new states for unemployment and withholding.  

• Other miscellaneous payroll duties as assigned. 

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.  

• Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work well with employees as well as managers. 

• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. 

• High level of personal accountability, integrity and ethical standards. 

• Strong skills in using Microsoft Office Excel.
