Customer Strategy is part of Openbank's Growth organization and is responsible for defining the bank's commercial strategy across the customer lifecycle. As the starting point of the commercial journey, the team combines customer, market and business insights to shape the strategic priorities that drive acquisition, engagement and long-term value. Working cross-functionally across Growth, Customer Strategy ensures these priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes. As Payroll & Primacy Strategy Lead , you will define and evolve Openbank's strategy to become our customers' primary bank by strengthening long-term relationships through payroll and primary banking relationships. You will combine customer understanding, market insights and business analysis to identify growth opportunities, influence strategic decisions and accelerate customer engagement, loyalty and primacy across the end-to-end customer journey. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Define and continuously evolve Openbank's payroll and primacy strategy, identifying opportunities through customer insights, market dynamics and competitive analysis. Design differentiated and sustainable initiatives to increase payroll conversion, customer engagement, transaction recurrence and long-term customer loyalty. Analyze the end-to-end payroll journey, from early activation to primary bank consolidation, identifying commercial, digital and communication levers to strengthen customer engagement. Monitor payroll, customer engagement and primacy KPIs, generating insights to support strategic decision making and proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Prioritize strategic initiatives balancing customer experience, business impact and contribution to Openbank's primacy objectives. Lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinating Product, Marketing, Data, Operations and Technology teams to ensure successful execution and timely delivery of strategic projects. Professional Experience 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting or in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Growth or Commercial Strategy roles within Banking, Financial Services or Digital businesses. Proven experience defining customer engagement or commercial strategies based on data and business insights. Experience analyzing business performance, customer behavior and commercial KPIs. Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Previous experience in digital banking, customer engagement, loyalty or customer lifecycle strategies will be highly valued. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field. (Required) Additional education or certifications in Strategy, Data Analytics, Marketing or Digital Business. (Preferred) Language Spanish (Full Professional Proficiency).
