Qualifications

• Experienced in managing comprehensive payroll operations for facilities with 100+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
• Proficient in biweekly payroll processing, verification, and submission.
• Skilled in employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation and termination procedures.
• Experienced in conducting pre-employment background screenings through third-party verification services.
• Knowledgeable in accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and payment request submission.
• Strong administrative and records management skills, including document organization and filing systems.
• Two years of experience working in a Long-Term Care (LTC) environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare healthcare software and electronic health record systems.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
