About Us We are a cleantech contractor that provides comprehensive energy efficiency services for energy service companies (ESCOs) and corporate clients. Our services are provided by six specialized units focused on weatherization, water efficiency engineering, lighting, airflow controls, HVAC, and infrastructure solutions. Job Summary We are looking for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing, employee payroll records, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees. Working hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 20-24 hours per week, with additional hours as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Process weekly field payroll and biweekly office payroll accurately and on time. Calculate employee earnings, deductions, benefits, commissions, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments. Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records. Process weekly employee benefit changes and payroll deductions. Monitor and ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage requirements. Prepare and submit Certified Payroll reports as required. Verify accurate payment of per diem and travel time. Prepare and file quarterly and annual withholding tax returns in multiple jurisdictions. Prepare and file quarterly and annual unemployment tax returns in multiple jurisdictions. Assist with payroll and benefit audits and compliance reporting. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of payroll experience preferred. Experience with ADP is preferred. Experience with multi-state payroll is preferred.
