Introduction
This role involves supporting payroll and HRIS transformation initiatives. The candidate will work on compensation updates, system configurations, legislative changes, and ERP transformation activities. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations and system transitions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise HRIS, HCM, or Payroll systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft HCM, Workday, or UKG/Kronos.
- Hands-on experience in payroll and HR systems administration.
- Experience in payroll configuration, compensation, statutory updates, and payroll testing/validation.
- Experience in ERP/HCM transformation, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
- Experience with large-scale ERP transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support payroll and workforce administration activities, including system updates and compliance checks.
- Participate in end-to-end testing for system transformation initiatives.
- Assist with operational readiness, deployment, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business processes and system capabilities are production-ready.
