Job Description
Support the Customer Excellence Team by driving accounts receivable (A/R) cleanup activities, improving account accuracy, and providing cross-functional backup support to ensure continuity of support for customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Accounting/Finance, Customer Care Center, Sales, and Customer Excellence team members to resolve
- outstanding customer statements, credits, payment discrepancies, and invoice-related inquiries.
- Review aging reports and identify opportunities to proactively resolve open A/R issues.
- Research customer account discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate customer records and account documentation in CRM and company systems.
- Communicate professionally with customers and partners regarding account status, payment applications, credit requests, and statement inquiries.
- Track and report trends impacting collections, customer satisfaction, or recurring billing issues.
- Support data cleanup initiatives to improve account accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Serve as backup coverage for Customer Excellence Representatives during absences, vacations, and peak workload periods.
- Assist with partner and customer inquiries related to order status, documentation requests, product concerns, portal access, and general support requests.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly to maintain visibility and continuity across the team.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on reducing customer pain points and enhancing customer experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls.
Success Measures
- Reduction in aged receivables and unresolved statement issues.
- Timely resolution of customer account discrepancies.
- Improved customer satisfaction related to billing and account inquiries.
- Accurate documentation and case management.
- Effective backup coverage that maintains team SLAs and customer response times.

- Experience working with ERP, CRM, SAP, Salesforce, or similar business systems.
