Office Manager / Bookkeeper

- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, quotes, and vendor communication
- Track financial information, cash flow, and basic reporting
- Coordinate with outside accounting/CPA partners
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members
- Help improve office processes, workflows, and systems
- Support ownership with special projects and business needs
- Previous bookkeeping, accounting, office management, or administrative experience
- Experience with accounting software and spreadsheets
- Strong Excel skills preferred
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-moving environment
- Manufacturing or small business experience preferred but not required
Preferred hours: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
