The Opportunity

The NetSuite Administrator serves as the primary technical and administrative owner of the organization’s NetSuite environment. This position is responsible for system configuration, customization, and integration across all business functions & platforms, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and integrity of core financial and operational systems. 

What You’ll Do

The NetSuite Administrator will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, and Publishing to optimize system functionality, drive automation, and support business process improvements. This role requires advanced technical expertise in NetSuite architecture, scripting, and integrations, combined with a strong understanding of enterprise business processes.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role requires taking on full administrative ownership of our NetSuite environment to ensure it serves as a reliable technical backbone. You will architect system enhancements using SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, and SuiteFlow, maintain critical integrations (including Salesforce and Shopify via Celigo), and uphold rigorous data governance. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams such as Finance, Operations, and Content by translating complex business requirements into solutions. Ultimately, through delivering accurate reporting, clear documentation, and comprehensive staff training, you will scale our enterprise capabilities and directly support our mission of creating innovative instructional programs for educators worldwide.
