This role works closely with finance, revenue cycle, and treasury teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting, effective cash management, and optimal use of funds. The analyst will provide data-driven insights to support budgeting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives. This is a core role of our financial operation, giving you broad visibility across two of the most dynamic areas in healthcare finance: net patient revenue and treasury management.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Healthcare Administration (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Required 3 – 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, treasury, revenue cycle, or financial analysis.
- Preferred Experience with cash management, banking operations, and forecasting preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and payer contracts.
- Familiarity with treasury or cash management systems and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
