Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support the company's day-to-day global treasury operations. This is a hands-on role focused on cash positioning, payment execution, bank reporting, cash forecasting support, reconciliations, and the accurate maintenance of treasury records and systems.

Working closely with the treasury team, you will help ensure the business has reliable liquidity information, timely and well-controlled payments, and consistent banking coverage. You will also support the team's growing international needs by gathering country-level cash and foreign exchange data, coordinating with local finance teams, and participating in banking and system implementation projects. This role provides broad exposure to a global treasury function and an opportunity to develop across cash management, banking, systems, controls, and financial analysis.

What you'll be doing:

Cash Management & Liquidity Forecasting

• Prepare the daily cash position by compiling bank balances, expected receipts, payments, and other liquidity activity across the business.
• Monitor cash balances against established thresholds and promptly flag funding, transfer, or concentration needs 
• Execute and track approved cash transfers and intercompany funding activity in accordance with established controls.
• Gather, validate, and input data for the 13-week cash forecast, including domestic and country-level international inputs.
• Assist with forecast-to-actual variance analysis and research material differences.

Payments & Banking Operations

• Enter and process approved wires, ACH transactions, and other treasury payments while following control and authorization requirements.
• Track payment status, incoming receipts, bank confirmations, and exceptions through resolution.
• Pull and compile daily and weekly bank reports and distribute accurate, timely information to treasury stakeholders.
• Support the onboarding and maintenance of bank accounts, bank portals, payment services, authorized users, and related documentation.
• Assist in resolving routine operational issues with banks and payment providers and escalate higher-risk or time-sensitive matters appropriately.

Treasury Reporting, Reconciliations & Close

• Prepare month-end and quarter-end treasury reconciliations, roll forwards, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain complete transaction logs, bank statements, confirmations, and other treasury documentation in an audit-ready manner.
• Support debt administration by maintaining schedules, interest payment calendars, and covenant reporting files.
• Assist with payment processor settlement tracking, fee analysis, and exception reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc treasury analyses to support liquidity, banking, and working capital decisions.

Treasury Systems & Controls

• Maintain accurate treasury data across the treasury management system (TMS), ERP, bank portals, and reporting tools.
• Follow and help maintain internal controls related to payments, bank authorizations, system access, and segregation of duties.
• Support user acceptance testing, data validation, and issue tracking for treasury system enhancements, bank integrations, and the international ERP rollout.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, automation, and control of routine treasury processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects

• Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, Accounts Payable, Operations, Tax, IT, and Corporate Treasury to support cash needs, payment flows, reporting, and system integrations.
• Support treasury workstreams for new business initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, banking transitions, and other special projects.
• Respond to routine treasury requests and provide timely follow-up, escalating questions and exceptions when needed.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, finance, accounting, or a related field; relevant internship or rotational experience may be considered.
• Basic understanding of cash management, payments, bank operations, financial statements, and internal controls.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with detailed financial data; experience with a TMS, ERP system (such as Oracle), or bank portal is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize recurring responsibilities, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and a strong commitment to payment security and financial controls.
• Interest in developing within a global treasury function and taking on increasing responsibility over time.
