Medical Billing & Payroll Specialist

BrightStar Care Home Health Care is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Medical Billing & Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing the billing and payroll process, submitting client invoices, monitoring payments, and handling accounts receivable collections.

Because our company operates on a weekly payment and payroll cycle, the ideal candidate must be comfortable monitoring billing, payroll, and incoming payments on a daily basis to ensure everything is accurate, complete, and processed on time.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the entire billing and payroll cycle. The right person will not simply process invoices or payroll when instructed—they will actively monitor accounts every day, identify what needs attention, follow up on unpaid invoices, and make sure payments and payroll are on track.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple financial responsibilities at the same time.

Medical Billing → Invoicing → Accounts Receivable → Collections → Payment Monitoring → Weekly Payroll

If you have experience managing these areas and are looking for an opportunity to play an important role in the financial operations of a home healthcare company, we would love to hear from you.
