Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to record accurate transactions in ERP System, issue materials, ship product, and receive goods in a timely manner with proper documentation. To safely transport, and deliver product between buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safety
- Optimize safety/minimize risk.
- Wear required PPE.
- Adhere to required safety precautions.
2. Shipping
- Process outbound shipments with proper documentation to meet dock date.
- Package parts in accordance to customer specs, transportation regulations and internal procedure.
- Check shipping identification tickets.
- Follow Hazardous Shipment process as required.
- Ship orders in customers’ portal if applicable.
- Process international shipments through AES Portal.
3. Receiving
- Scan P.O. and documentation into Docstar.
- Receive incoming goods.
- Load/unload trucks as required.
- Deliver goods as required.
- Must lift up to 50 lbs.
4. Inventory
- Issue and receive material to and from jobs in ERP system.
- Issue consumables as per stock requisition form
- Reconcile data entry transactions
- Cycle Count daily
- Change part numbers on router and in ERP per F-82 request form.
- Print sales order pick list for items that need pulled from Inventory.
- Record data and attached required documentation to routers.
- Ensure delivery of material from MTC to appropriate location.
- Box Stryker according to sales order.
5. Operate machinery
- Hand truck
- Tow motor
- Drive Box truck safely and securely to deliver or pick up material.
- Maintain approved driver certification annually.
- Safely pack product to be transferred.
- Must lift 20 lbs. repeatedly each day
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Education:
- High school diploma required
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in materials planning/scheduling, preferably in high mix-low volume manufacturing environments.

- This position may require access to ITAR-controlled technical data and services. As such, all applicants must be U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR, to be considered for this role. A U.S. person is a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or individual with protected status under U.S. immigration laws.
