What You'll Do
- Lead accounting and financial operations, general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans that support growth and operational needs
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Partner with operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies
- Support strategic decision-making with clear financial reporting and analysis
- Help improve systems, reporting capabilities, and overall business processes
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience overseeing accounting operations and maintaining internal controls
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to operational and technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking skills, HR admin experience is a plus
- Experience with ERP systems; hands-on Odoo experience is highly preferred
