Manager - Treasury Capital Planning & Management

This role is part of the Treasury Capital Planning & Management team and is responsible for advising capital strategy of the enterprise and shaping the future of capital planning and management activities through advanced analytics, automation, and strategic capital planning. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to modernize capital planning and forecasting for ongoing and stress testing scenarios, and enhance control processes by leveraging Python, SQL, Power BI, AI-enabled analytics, and other emerging technologies. This position offers a unique opportunity to partner across Global Treasury, Corporate Planning, Credit Risk Finance, Controllership, Technology, and Control Management to develop innovative solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of capital planning processes. In addition to supporting critical enterprise initiatives such as CCAR and macroeconomic stress testing, the role will influence strategic capital allocation decisions and balance sheet management, while driving the digital transformation of Treasury Capital Planning and Management.
