The Manager, Indirect Procurement (Hybrid) will serve as the primary procurement partner for the Orthopaedics Group, supporting Joint Replacement, Trauma & Extremities, and Ortho Tech across the U.S., as well as Stryker divisions in Canada. The primary focus will be Trauma & Extremities and Joint Replacement. In this role, you will lead sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and cost savings projects across indirect spend categories. You will partner with business leaders to review spending, identify opportunities for savings and efficiency, and implement sourcing strategies that support business objectives.
