Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com #LI-HT1 Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-10 years of post-qualification experience to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), month-end close processes, financial reporting, and stakeholder management.   Key Responsibilities Financial Accounting & Reporting Manage General Ledger accounting and month-end/year-end closing activities. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and balance sheet reconciliations. Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Asset accounting processes. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and MIS reports.   Audit & Compliance Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and financial statement reviews. Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. Ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements and internal governance policies. Maintain robust documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions. Strengthen and monitor internal financial controls and compliance processes.   ERP & Process Management Act as the Finance SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Manage and review accounting transactions within D365. Support ERP enhancements, UAT testing, process improvements, and system implementations. Collaborate with business and IT teams to resolve accounting and reporting issues. Drive process automation and standardization initiatives within the finance function.   Team Management Lead and mentor accounting team members. Review team deliverables and ensure adherence to reporting timelines. Support capability building and performance management of team members. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared service teams for smooth financial operations. #LI-HT1 Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. 5-6 years Post Qualification Experience in Finance & Accounts. Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, audits, and internal controls. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is mandatory. Experience in month-end close and financial statement preparation. Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.   Preferred Experience Experience in multinational organizations, professional services, consulting, engineering, or infrastructure sectors. Exposure to global reporting environments.
