In our Corporate Tax team, we work with national and international clients to navigate changing regulations, develop effective structures, and provide clear tax guidance. We think proactively and support our clients in making well-informed decisions. As a manager in our team, you’ll advise a varied portfolio of corporate clients on complex tax issues and manage meaningful projects. Your Impact Advise national and international clients in Zug or Lucerne on complex corporate tax matters and develop tailored, practical solutions with strategic business relevance. Lead and contribute to demanding projects such as domestic and cross-border reorganisations, acquisitions, divestitures, tax planning initiatives, and selected tax accounting matters. Support clients with tax compliance-related questions while identifying risks, opportunities, and efficient tax positions in a changing regulatory environment. Take responsibility for managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across a varied portfolio of corporate clients. Contribute to the development of junior team members through coaching, on-the-job support, and by fostering a collaborative and trusted team environment. Work closely with colleagues across Tax, Legal, and Advisory and support internal and external trainings, publications, and technical events. Your Skill Set University degree (Bachelor or Master) in law, business administration, economics, or a related field. Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification completed or currently in the final year of the program. 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate tax, gained in consulting, industry, or a related tax environment; exposure to tax accounting under IFRS or US GAAP is a plus. Strong English language skills, Additional Languages are a strong plus. A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset combined with sound judgement, resilience, and the ability to take ownership in a dynamic environment. A collaborative and client-focused personality with leadership potential, strong interpersonal skills, and an interest in the broader intersection of tax, law, finance, and business.
