The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - Controllership & Accounting - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that help clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. You will be involved in executing key processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation, all while resolving escalations and queries. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to manage complex client engagements and foster meaningful relationships.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role at PwC, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Your ability to interpret data and develop insights will be crucial in informing recommendations and driving strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Executing outsourced processes including client and customer interaction, data review, and process optimization
- Implementing and monitoring quality controls to maintain service standards
- Resolving escalations and queries efficiently to support client needs
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to enhance service delivery
- Applying AI fluency and digital tooling to improve process efficiency and innovation
- Conducting compliance reviews and contract assessments to uphold professional standards
- Collaborating with teams to manage service levels and deliver excellence in managed services
- Reviewing and verifying financial documents to support accurate data management
- Documenting processes and quality assurance metrics to facilitate continuous improvement
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
