Your Role

As a Junior Purchaser, you’ll help ensure that our branded merchandise projects are executed flawlessly. You’ll take responsibility for translating sales into purchase orders, managing vendor relationships, and keeping everything running smoothly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What you’ll do:

• Order Management: Turn sales orders into purchase orders by gathering all necessary details from the team.

• Customization Oversight: Place product orders with suppliers, ensuring all specs (color, quantity, branding techniques, sizing) are accurate.

• Quality Control: Perform final checks on artwork and product specifications to ensure everything matches the sales order.

• Timeline Management: Track progress, solve issues, and keep account managers and logistics informed.

• Proactive Problem Solving: Handle missing information, product delays, and last-minute changes with speed and creativity.

Job requirements

1. You’re highly organized and enjoy planning ahead

2. You have a university degree or this level of thinking; your field of study is not important, but your mindset is

3. You enjoy working in a structured, detail-oriented way

4. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken

5. You’re willing to work from our office in Rotterdam 5 days per week; up to 2 weeks of remote work per year is possible

6. Experience with print production or merchandise customization is a plus, but not required
