Junior Accountant

Job Description Mission: To collaborate and support projects carried out by the finance team, in accordance with the guidelines presented by your supervisor to perform the tasks that will be entrusted to you to meet the needs of your internal client. Responsible for the management or implementation of work in the financial accounting of the organization, which consists in: -Maintaining accounts receivables/payables and supporting documentation -Ensure timely payment of invoices and gathering appropriate signatures -Posting bank statements -Monitoring circulation of documents -Preparation of documentation for foreign payments -Contacts with banks, suppliers, and tax office -Assist in financial and tax audits and general ledger preparation -Support with preparations of tax and corporate reporting -Complete end-of-month close procedures -Administrative support of other departments Required Skills and Competencies Degree/Training: Finance/Accounting or similar (Bachelor´s degree) Additional Training: Training – Accounting certificates would be a plus Profile: -Good competencies in reporting and teamwork -Good understanding of accounting, tax, and financial reporting principles and practices -Paying attention to details -Very good organizational skills -Very good communication skills Languages/Level: English intermediate level Years/Areas experience required: 1-2 years of accounting experience What do we expect from you?
