Invoicing Specialist II

The Invoicing Specialist is responsible for ensuring all activities, from invoice generation to cash collection, are performed timely and accurately. This role also includes monitoring, reconciling, and reporting pertinent financial data as per monthly closing schedules.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Generate and submit invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely cash management. Serve as the official liaison with customers to resolve all Accounts Receivable issues promptly. Communicate and provide data to all necessary parties within Elbit America (EA) when problem invoices arise. Complete special projects as necessary for EA Finance, other areas, or EA customers. Reconcile contracts for invoices/credits issued and payments received. Support all audits by internal parties or external EA financial institutions and government agencies. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Knowledge (Education/License/Certification, Prior Experience)

Experience with Wide Area Workforce is a plus. Working knowledge of AR sub-ledger reconciliations. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
