Who we are looking for

We are looking for a SQA Automation and Reconciliation’s Team. This role requires a hands-on ‘quality Assurance’ leader responsible for owning the Investment Accounting (IA) automation strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across the suite of applications that IA supports.  In parallel this role manages the Automation and Recon team’s daily and long-term planning for all aspects of the team’s support model.

That model covers all automation activities in support of all SQA functional testing across the set of STT IA applications (RKS Core, RKS Web-UI, and the suite of IA-EE applications).  In addition to supporting daily tasks such as automating manual test plans from the IA Agile rooms or other AI and automation tasks, the team also supports daily / weekly automated reconciliations of the applications current code(s) in the Development and UAT test environments.  They support running, analyzing and distributing the results to the relevant IA Development and testing teams.

Why this role is important to us

This role manages a portion of the Investment Accounting team supporting the middle office accounting applications for State Street’s (STT) Enterprise and Alpha client operating models.  The IA application RKS is a STT Crown Jewel application performing the actions of the clients’ ABOR/IBOR in both STT operating models.  RKS and the other IA applications are integral in the STT outsourcing models where middle office accounting services need to be supported.
