About the Role:

The International Head FP&A and Digital Finance - Finance Director acts as a strong business partner to the International Head of Finance and IOLT senior leaders. 
You are leading finance planning cycles (F1/F2/LRP, Budget) and management reporting activities for month/quarter close. 
As a key member of the Finance team, participates to define finance strategy & processes and contributes to build, develop, and animate the Finance community.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as a true business parter to Finance Head and International Head to propose and implement strategic  initiatives (new projects, simplification, change in resource allocation etc)
• Lead critical steps and presentation of Budget, Forecasts and Long-Range Plan 
• Coordination of the financial information and reporting in a matrix organization
• Analyze actual performance by brands and countries, model scenarios around and propose actions to improve performance
• Digital finance champion for international
• Business partner to the business excellence team to ensure better coordination / orchestration of brand plan planning and forecasting activities with the affiliates
• Ad hoc Business plans to support informed decision making, assist countries in developing business plans to support ad hoc key business decisions, including:
• All Growth Investments initiatives
• New product launch and resource allocation
• Real Estate business cases
• Support x-divisions business cases 
• Support assessing BD opportunities 
• Develop and standardize analytical tools in strong collaboration with the countries (including inmarket analysis, market share ambition understanding growth drivers and competitive landscape, parallel imports…)
• Assist country Finance teams in developing standardized Financial Models around key business drivers (eg. Gx Impact, Pricing scenarios, volume uptakes…. )
• Assist in preparing analysis and presentations of financial performance during all financial cycles, leveraging inputs from countries and global teams

Qualifications

• English fluency, French is a plus
• Extensive experience as a Finance generalist (Controlling, FP&A, Accounting, tax…)
• Strong experience in leadership and team development
• Support to transformation projects and partnership management: modelisation / simulation /recommendations
• Strong Finance Business Partner experience able to operate in a matrix environment
