A Day in the Life:
- Performs gaming internal audit compliance procedures for clients based on the regulations of the respective gaming regulatory body.
- Performs FinCEN Bank Secrecy Act Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 examinations for gaming clients.
- Assists with gaming industry-related consulting and compliance projects for clients in multiple jurisdictions.
- Networks, builds relationships, and attracts new clients or business to the Firm.
- Attends training seminars, professional development and industry events.
- Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.
- Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience in public accounting, gaming regulatory, and/or internal audit work is preferred.
- Experience with BSA, AML, and Title 31 requirements within the gaming industry is preferred.
- Experience with Nevada regulatory gaming statutes, regulations, and internal control standards.
- Inquisitive and enjoys learning about various client casino processes and traveling to different locations to assist clients.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
- High professional standards and ability to maintain strict client confidentiality.
- 20-25% travel with overnight stay for work at client, which may require using a personal vehicle.
- Day travel to local client sites may be more frequently expected.
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
