A growing real estate development and construction company is seeking an Interim Controller to provide hands-on leadership for its accounting function. This role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations in a multi-entity environment, supervise an accounting staff member, and help manage reporting tied to active development projects and post-construction communities.

The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in real estate, construction, or development accounting, along with knowledge of AIA forms, draw requests, and lender reporting requirements. Experience working across multiple entities and familiarity with systems such as Yardi, Timberline/Sage, or QuickBooks is highly preferred.

This is a fully onsite interim opportunity in Nashville with an expected duration of 8–10 weeks.
