Indirect Procurement Manager - Restaurant Indirects

Manage and deliver the European procurement agenda for Restaurant Indirects across KFC and Taco Bell, developing category plans, leading sourcing activity and improving supplier, contract and commercial performance. Partner with stakeholders and suppliers to identify opportunities, manage risk, support change and ensure procurement solutions meet operational and business needs. The role is accountable for commercial value delivery and effective management of allocated Restaurant Indirects spend. This role will work directly with: Internal: Restaurant Indirect & Corporate Services Category Lead; KFC and Taco Bell brand and market teams; Operations; Finance; Legal; Supply Chain; Sustainability; Global Procurement and other cross-functional stakeholders. External: Key suppliers, prospective suppliers and relevant external/industry networks; leads negotiations, supplier reviews, QBRs, workshops and issue-resolution discussions.
