The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Director to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and supporting a positive workplace culture in a healthcare setting.

As the Human Resources Director, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations while helping us provide exceptional care to our residents.

The Springs at Boca Ciega Bay is a 109-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, located in St. Petersburg. Our facility specializes in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. We are dedicated to improving the functional ability of each individual. We focus on the individual needs of each of our patients and partner with physicians, patients, and their families to achieve successful outcomes

HUMAN RESOURCE/PAYROLL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 + Year Human Resources Experience REQUIRED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, discretion, and diplomacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Update records of new staff.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Compile, organize and maintain documents that tracks all benefits, renewal dates, contacts, and other relevant information.
• Ensure terminated employees are removed from CHRC timely.
• Filing in a timely manner
• Process payroll
• Proficient with the IPS payroll system
