JOB PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Compliance Manager, the Compliance Analyst supports the organization's compliance program through regulatory change management, grievances and complaints, OSHA and clinic compliance, licensing, audits, corrective actions, reporting, and driving process improvement.

This is a remote position requiring a detail-oriented and organized professional who can manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and independently manage assigned projects and responsibilities.

PHYSICAL WORKING REQUIREMENTS

The position primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting, extensive computer use, and frequent phone and virtual communication. As a remote position, the Compliance Analyst must be able to effectively perform duties using technology and virtual collaboration tools while maintaining a professional remote work environment.

Occasional travel may be required for clinic visits, audits, investigations, training, meetings, regulatory activities, or other business-related needs.
