We’re looking for a Head of Procurement to lead and transform our Procurement function on a global scale. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll combine oversight with hands-on execution, ensuring our procurement processes are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with business growth. You’ll play a critical part in building and scaling the team, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and driving automation and process improvements.

As part of our team, you will:

• Provide strategic leadership for the Procurement department, setting long-term direction and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Build, scale, and adapt the team structure to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Strengthen stakeholder communication and collaboration across business units and regions.
• Establish Procurement as a trusted internal service function, delivering efficient, scalable, and value-driven procurement services across the organization.
• Introduce fresh perspectives and best practices to modernize procurement processes and tools.
• Drive automation, digitalization, and process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency.
• Ensure effective cost control, risk management, and compliance with global and local regulations.
• Lead vendor negotiations, supplier relationship management, and category strategy.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.

We’d be happy to have you on our team if you have:

• Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role, ideally in an international, fast-scaling IT organization.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of deciding and initiating action, leading and supervising, and formulating strategies and concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate and network effectively across functions, levels, and geographies.
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to solving complex problems, with the ability to balance detail and big-picture strategy.
• Resilience and adaptability, with proven ability to cope with pressure and setbacks while driving change.
• Expertise in structuring and restructuring teams, processes, and operating models.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
• Familiarity with procurement automation tools, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
