About the Team

We are seeking the Head of Finance and Administration as a member of the executive leadership team. This position will be based at either our Southern California facility or the Port Orchard, WA facility and will require some travel between our three manufacturing locations. The Head of Finance and Administration will oversee the Accounting Team, the Employee Success Team (HR) and the IT Team (which includes our Mexico operations).

About the Role

The Head of Finance and Administration will be responsible for all financial and administrative services for the company, providing leadership for the finance and admin teams, and participates as a key member of the executive staff. You will lead our financial and strategic planning efforts, provide support to other team leaders, and contribute to the organization’s move to the next level. Your efforts will be key in driving operational excellence, consistency, scalability, and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes standardization across locations, cross-site coordination, and resource optimization.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer.  Work will require the individual to enter plant areas where performance factors such as heat, noise, dust, lifting of materials, and working around equipment will be encountered.
