About the Role

Versa Networks is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations for our growing global workforce. This role is ideal for a payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building efficient, compliant, and scalable payroll processes.

As our payroll subject matter expert, you will oversee multi-state U.S. payroll, support international employees through Employer of Record (EOR) partners, administer payroll-related benefits, and ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations. You will work closely with the People Team, Finance, Accounting, and external partners to deliver a seamless payroll experience while continuously improving processes and controls.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York City is expected in the range of $150,000 to $210,000. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
