The Global Senior Commercial Finance Manager will lead complex financial analyses, develop executive-level reporting and performance frameworks, and influence business decisions through data-driven insights. This role is supporting our fastest-growing segment, with strong double-digit growth, with a strong focus on innovation and supporting cancer diagnostics through AI. The role will also drive standardization of commercial metrics, processes, and analytics across geographies while leveraging Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to support continuous improvement. This position reports to the Senior Director, Commercial Finance – US Operations & Global FP&A and is on-site in Deer Park, IL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Partner with global digital pathology commercial leadership to drive business performance and profitable growth, providing financial leadership across orders, revenue, funnel health, pricing, and profitability, while delivering actionable insights and recommendations that influence strategic and operational decision-making. Lead global commercial performance management, developing and maintaining executive dashboards, key performance indicators, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into business performance across regions, product lines, and channels. Lead pricing, margin, and profitability analyses, partnering with commercial leaders to evaluate pricing strategies, customer investments, commercial programs, and growth initiatives while ensuring alignment with profitability objectives and continuing to drive double-digit growth. Partner with regional finance teams to establish consistent performance management methodologies, ensuring alignment of reporting, forecasting assumptions, metrics, and analytical approaches across the organization. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardizing commercial reporting, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and improving decision-support capabilities across the business. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with a preference of 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering, or financial leadership; OR a Master's degree with at least 6+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience partnering with senior commercial and business leaders to influence strategy, drive financial performance, and support complex business decisions. Strong understanding of commercial business drivers, including orders, revenue growth, funnel management, pricing, profitability, productivity metrics, and market expansion strategies. Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate financial performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities while driving results through cross-functional collaboration and influence. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience utilizing ERP, business intelligence, and performance management systems such as SAP, Power BI, OneStream, or similar platforms. The annual salary range for this role is $160,000 to $180,000 . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
