Position will be proactive in informing customers of upcoming invoices that are due for payment. Contacting customers and getting the Sales department involved with delinquent customers. Reconciling accounts. Ensure all month end manual entries are recorded and posted. Data entry for monthly reporting to corporate. A backup to others in the department - AR, AP, and Payroll. Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Associate degree in accounting and 1-2 years’ experience or combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills include Microsoft Office, accounting, financial and spreadsheet application software.
- Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
