Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Financials Cloud GL, Tax & Budget Control Functional Consultant to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and possess strong expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in French – Mandatory
• Advanced Oracle Financials Cloud expertise across GL, Tax Management, and Budget Control
• Strong experience with Chart of Accounts design, budget planning, monitoring, and financial accounting processes
• Prior work experience in the healthcare industry or similar enterprise environments
• French-speaking experience supporting Oracle Financials Cloud implementations in an enterprise environment
• Experience with financial accounting process optimization
• Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud configuration and customization

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise for Oracle Financials Cloud General Ledger, Tax Management, and Budget Control
• Support end-to-end financial accounting processes within Oracle Financials Cloud
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Oracle solutions
• Configure Oracle Financials Cloud GL and related financial functionality
• Support tax management requirements and related functional processes
• Design and maintain Chart of Accounts structures
• Support budget control, budget planning, and financial monitoring activities
• Work with business stakeholders to understand financial requirements and identify process gaps
• Prepare functional and configuration documentation
• Develop and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios
• Support defect identification, analysis, resolution, and retesting
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout implementation and support activities
• Provide functional guidance and ensure solutions meet business and financial requirements
• Communicate effectively in French with project and business stakeholders
