Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite for Kickoff & Key Milestones)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Extension Possible)
Our client is seeking FP&A Consultants with strong operational finance experience to support a high-impact engagement focused on planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance visibility across multiple business units.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Support core FP&A processes including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Drive operational FP&A activities including KPI development, reporting, and performance tracking
- Provide support to business leadership and CFO teams through decision support and ad hoc analysis
- Develop reporting packages and improve visibility into financial and operational performance
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to support evolving finance processes
- Operate independently in a hands-on, execution-oriented environment
- Experience at Manager or Director level within FP&A or Operational Finance
- Strong background in planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis
- Experience supporting business leadership and executive stakeholders
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in lean and evolving operational environments
- Comfortable with an onsite presence in Dallas for key engagement activities
