This is a 6-month (January 4th-June 25th, 2027) paid co-op experience out of our Boston, MA headquarters. 

As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Co-op, you will learn the various growth drivers across Klaviyo’s Income statement and gain exposure to the financial and strategic decision making process that helps shape the company's growth strategy. 

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across departments (such as Accounting, Treasury, Talent Acquisition, Workplace / Real Estate and HR.) to gather financial data, analyze performance, and create reports that support the overall financial health of Klaviyo.

How you will make an impact:

• Review financial performance and understand changes in the business that impact the forecast; support monthly/quarterly management reporting packages
• Become a go-to person for financial and analytical support, going beyond budget variance and expense management
• Gather data to build financial models that generate insights for cross-functional stakeholders
• Transform workflows by putting AI at the center of smarter systems and ways of working
• Leverage Pigment, Klaviyo’s financial planning tool, to streamline forecasting and reporting workflows, improve data visibility, and help stakeholders make more informed, data-driven decisions.

Who you are: 

• Undergraduate student graduating in May 2028 with a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 
• Proficient in Excel (i.e. understanding of VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) and Google Suite
• You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient. 
• A curious self-starter with a strong desire to learn and take initiative.
• A dependable and accountable individual 
• Meticulous and precise, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Eager to learn and passionate about data analysis

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.

In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
