About the Role:

At Redcare Pharmacy, we are advancing healthcare through digital, customer-centric solutions, with technology playing a critical role in this journey. To support our ongoing investments and innovation at scale, we are looking for an FP&A Analyst – Technology who combines strong analytical skills with a genuine interest in technology, AI and digital transformation. 

In this role, you will support the financial planning, analysis, and performance management of our Technology organization. You will work closely with Finance colleagues and Technology stakeholders to create transparency around costs and investments, prepare financial analyses, and support informed decision-making and business cases. 

You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders across IT and Tech, while developing a strong understanding of how financial insights can support technology investment decisions in a fast-growing, international business. 

This position is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis / Controlling team and offers an excellent opportunity to build your FP&A and business partnering capabilities at the intersection of Finance and Technology. 

Job Description

About your tasks:

• Support financial planning and budgeting for the Technology / IT organization. 
• Analyze costs, investments and financial performance, identify key developments, variances, risks, and opportunities. 
• Prepare management reporting and translate financial data into clear insights for Finance and Technology stakeholders. 
• Support the development and evaluation of business cases and investment decisions through relevant financial analyses. 
• Support accurate financial treatment of Technology costs, including CapEx and OpEx classification. 
• Contribute to improving and automating FP&A processes, reporting and cost transparency using AI. 

Qualifications

About You: 

• Strong academic background with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related quantitative field. 
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Controlling. 
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data and large datasets. 
• AI-first mindset, always asking the question: “can I solve it with AI?” 
• Strong interest in Technology, digital business models and/or eCommerce; experience with business cases or investment analysis is a plus. 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial analyses into clear, actionable insights. 
• Proactive, ambitious, curious, and comfortable working with different stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.
