No Controller experience is required. We will train the right person.

Primary Responsibilities


Accounting Support
•       Enter bills and expenses into accounting software•       Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable•       Reconcile bank and credit card accounts•       Review invoices for accuracy•       Organize financial records and supporting documents•       Assist with month-end financial reporting
Collections & Credit
•       Contact customers regarding past due invoices•       Update customer information and credit applications•       Follow up on payment commitments•       Monitor accounts receivable aging reports•       Assist in reducing outstanding balances
Payroll & Financial Administration
•       Assist with payroll preparation•       Verify employee time records•       Maintain payroll documentation•       Support employee onboarding paperwork
Reporting & Analysis
•       Update daily cash reports•       Track company expenses•       Assist in preparing profit and loss reports•       Build and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards•       Monitor key performance indicators
Compliance & Documentation
•       Maintain organized electronic records•       Assist with audits and financial reviews•       Support ISO and compliance requirements•       Ensure financial files are complete and accurate

Career Path

This role is designed to grow into:
Financial Manager → Assistant Controller → Controller → CFO

We are looking for someone who wants a long-term career and is excited to learn every aspect of finance, accounting, operations, and business leadership.
Experience Required: 0-3 years
Education: Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Training Provided: Yes
Starting Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Work Location: In person Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
