Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure organizational financial health.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare comprehensive financial statements.
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management to assist in decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
