The Role

The Controller will oversee the accounting function, lead a small team, and remain actively involved in day-to-day accounting operations. This role is responsible for financial reporting, cost accounting, internal controls, budgeting, and partnering with leadership to support strategic growth.

• Lead month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger activities.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, and margin analysis.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and improve accounting processes.
• Partner with operations and executive leadership to support financial decision-making and company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• Manufacturing accounting and cost accounting experience required.
• Experience leading month-end close, financial reporting, and inventory accounting.
• Prior accounting leadership experience with ERP proficiency and strong Excel skills.
