Controller / Director of Finance will oversee all accounting, financial operations, reporting, internal controls, and administrative functions while building scalable systems and infrastructure.This individual will be responsible for building, training, managing, and holding accountable an offshore accounting and administrative team, while simultaneously leading and improving our local finance, HR, and office teams.In addition to accounting and financial leadership, this position will oversee HR administration, legal coordination, insurance management, licensing, compliance responsibilities.The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, analytical, operationally strong, and obsessed with accountability, systems, and execution.Key Responsibilities Finance & profitability analysis and departmental accountabilityMonitor labor costs, overhead, margins, collections, and company financial performanceCreate strong financial controls, systems, and SOPsImprove cash flow and working capital managementPartner with ownership and leadership team on strategic financial planning and decision-makingBuild & Manage Offshore TeamRecruit, build, train, and scale a high-performing offshore accounting and administrative teamCreate organizational structure, accountability charts, workflows, and reporting systemsDevelop offshore processes for:AR follow-upAP culture throughout the organizationQualificationsRequired7+ years of finance, accounting, or operational leadership experiencePrior experience as a Controller, Director of Finance, Finance Manager, or similar senior leadership roleStrong experience leading multi-person accounting and administrative teamsProven ability to build and manage offshore/remote teamsStrong knowledge of:Financial
