Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Gypsum Operations Finance team supporting our Fletcher, Oklahoma manufacturing facility.
This role provides a unique opportunity to partner directly with plant leadership, develop deep manufacturing operations knowledge, and influence business decisions through financial analysis and economic thinking. The successful candidate will work closely with operations and finance leaders to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and support continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
This position is ideal for an early-career finance professional who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and gain hands-on experience supporting a manufacturing operation.
Location & Work Arrangement: This position is ideal for candidates within the Oklahoma City metropolitan area. The Financial Analyst will work from their home office when not traveling to the Fletcher, OK facility approximately 1-2 days per week. The arrangement is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining regular, meaningful engagement with plant leadership and operations teams. There will also be occasional travel to other Georgia-Pacific facilities, team meetings, or training events as business needs require.
This role may be a strong fit for professionals living in Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, or surrounding communities.
Our Team: The Gypsum FP&A team spans several Gypsum manufacturing facilities. We partner closely with manufacturing leaders to drive economic thinking, improve performance, and create long-term value. We work collaboratively across operations, accounting, commercial, and corporate finance teams to support decision-making. Team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo, think strategically, and contribute ideas that create meaningful impact.
Professional Development & Growth : At Georgia-Pacific, we believe development happens through ownership, challenge, and continuous learning. Unlike many early-career finance roles, this position provides direct exposure to manufacturing leadership, operational decision-making, and business strategy. The analyst will build technical finance skills while developing business acumen, leadership presence, and operational knowledge that can support long-term career growth.
