The Role

Must Have

Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience

-or-

Masters degree and 8 years of experience

-or-

PHD and 6 years of experience

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in a related field; previous government contracting or shipyard experience required.  Will also consider those with the below experience:

Financial reporting

Financial forecasting long term

Accounting

Industrial Engineering

Project management

Earned Value reporting

Government reporting

Ability to use excel, complex formula development and understanding, and the pivot table tool in addition to the other excel formulas used for summarization and analysis.

Knowledge of SAP preferred.

Understanding of basic contract types and contract funding language, including research and verification of clauses.
