Job Description
Financial Analyst II
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Financial Analyst II to join a growing finance team. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting or finance professional who enjoys combining technical financial expertise with strategic partnership and relationship management.
The Financial Analyst II will support the financial stewardship, reporting, and management of philanthropic and donor-restricted funds. Responsibilities include financial reporting for gifts and endowments, fund accounting, reconciliations, budget and spending analysis, and ensuring compliance with donor intent and organizational policies.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with accounting, finance, development, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to communicate financial information in a clear, practical manner to individuals without accounting or finance backgrounds. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential, as this position serves as a trusted business partner, helping leaders understand financial reporting, monitor fund performance, and make informed decisions.
