Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the team. This role will focus on cost estimating, pricing analysis, customer quoting, and supporting key business decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates and customer quotations for new programs and products.
• Analyze cost structures, pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Benchmark products and estimate costs for programs that may launch 18+ months in the future.
• Maintain and update cost files for existing programs.
• Support financial analysis projects, including cost reduction opportunities, investment evaluations, and business performance reviews.
• Analyze variances, research cost trends, and support forecasting activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of costing and quoting processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Cost Accountant, Cost Estimator, or similar role.
• Experience with cost estimating, pricing, quoting, and manufacturing cost structures.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Automotive and/or manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
• High level of accountability, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Confidence to challenge assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations.
