The Finance Manager, US Commercial Data Insights & Analytics, leads the Financial Compliance Team’s (FCT) analytics leveraging technology to improve data insights, strengthen data integrity, and increase efficiency. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of Healthcare Provider (HCP) and Healthcare Organization (HCO) financial data, supporting Sunshine Act reporting and broader compliance requirements. This position combines analytics, compliance oversight, and team collaboration, driving a risk-based monitoring framework.  Responsibilities: Support the US Commercial Therapeutics and Aesthetics businesses by ensuring accurate submission of Federal Sunshine transparency data. Maintain the inventory of transparency data sources and the associated financial system data workflow through the transparency systems. Review quarterly data source reconciliations across team members and maintain a master inventory of all reconciled data. Partner with the team to identify and implement work process efficiencies (e.g., automating manual reviews). Lead the execution of speaker program spot monitoring activities, to include summarizing data monitoring flags across all Speaker Program monitoring activities and working with the team and director to prioritize flags based on transparency reporting risk. Leverage technology, including AI and data mining tools such as Dataiku, to automate and enhance current data monitoring processes while identifying additional monitoring opportunities. Use technology such as Power BI, Dataiku and/or Python to analyze data, including CMS Open Payments data, and provide the organization with enhanced business insights. Drive process improvements to support efficient and effective work processes. Manage a team of two direct reports, support professional development, train team members on monitoring tools and new solutions, and balance team workload to ensure successful completion of responsibilities. Provide transparency related HCP and HCO analytical support to Legal, OEC, and the Commercial teams on key projects and internal audits. Serve as key liaison for FCT in response to internal and/or external audit requests. Support project implementations, including Project Genesis and CRM Next Generation, by providing input to project teams, participating in UAT, and supporting issue resolution. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or business technology required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in audit, finance, or accounting. Strong technical skills with PowerBI (including Power Query) and Dataiku preferred. Demonstrated strong leadership and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong financial, analytical, organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. High degree of interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with internal business units, external parties, and internal support functions.
