The job

You'd be joining a growing sales department with a dedicated leadership team, making an immediate impact from day one.

What you'll do:

• Structure deals for maximum profitability and collectability
• Desk deals accurately, submit to lenders, make credit decisions, and close effectively
• Keep every deal fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork and contracts and deliver deals
• Send complete, clean deal packages to lenders — and push every contract to fund fast
• Audit team deals post-sale
• Stay fully proficient with title laws, the registration process, and required certifications

What we're looking for:

• Three years of automotive or finance sales experience (required)
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
• The ability to close — strong presentation and negotiation skills that hold gross without burning the customer
• Compliance-minded: your deals are clean and you sleep well
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional personal appearance
• Microsoft Office basics plus general software and internet proficiency
• College degree preferred, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license
