Finance Manager, R2L Sub Same Day - Delivery Finance

The R2L Sub Same Day (SSD) Delivery Finance team is looking for a proactive, results-driven Finance Manager with a can-do approach and a bias for action. We're constantly innovating — experimenting, failing fast, learning, and scaling rapidly, all anchored in a data-driven decision-making culture.What you'll do:Own and strengthen key finance and reporting processes, including forecasting and reconciliation, and build the long-range business plan that guides where we invest and expand.- Support customer-centric propositions — bringing the financial rigor that helps the business decide whether new offerings and initiatives are profitable and worth scaling.- Leverage AI to solve problems and build decision frameworks that make complex tradeoffs clear — turning large-scale data into faster, sharper business decisions.- Identify and define the metrics that matter — the strategic input drivers that reveal how to improve the economics of the business.- Design, develop, and maintain performance measurements and reporting in partnership with finance, tech, and operations leaders across the globe.- Lead financial analyses of major business events and solve complex problems that inform company-wide strategic decisions.Who you are: You influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and thrive in a fast-evolving environment. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
