ProspectBlue’s manufacturing client is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Richmond-based team. This is a high-impact role for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with business leaders, driving strategic decision-making, and turning complex financial data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis for business operations.
• Provide insights and recommendations that help drive profitability and support key business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and evaluate business opportunities.
• Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Analyze market, customer, and competitive trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably within manufacturing, chemicals, industrial, or related sectors.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
